1. About our service

MyTDAC is an independent application assistance service. We are not a government body, embassy, or official immigration authority, and we are not affiliated with any government visa or arrival card authority. We charge a service fee for preparing, completing, and submitting your Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) application on your behalf — we are not selling a visa or travel document. Final approval of any visa or arrival card is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority.

2. Our fees

Our service fee covers the preparation, processing, and submission of your TDAC application. This fee is separate from any government visa fees. Our fees are:

• Standard processing — £49.99 (3–5 business days)
• Express processing — £79.99 (under 5 minutes where available)

All fees are displayed clearly before payment and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3. Refund policy

Once your application has been submitted to the relevant authority, our service fee is non-refundable. If we are unable to submit your application due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for visa rejections by government authorities. If your TDAC is rejected, our service fee is non-refundable as the service was provided.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information on your application
• Ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended arrival date
• Checking entry requirements for your nationality and destination
• Any consequences arising from incorrect information submitted

Submitting false or misleading information may result in visa rejection and is your sole responsibility.

5. Processing times

Processing times are estimates only. Express delivery aims to deliver within 5 minutes but may take longer depending on system load and authority response times. Standard processing aims for 3–5 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities or factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

MyTDAC is a facilitation service only. We are not liable for:

• Visa refusals by government authorities
• Travel disruptions caused by visa delays
• Any losses arising from reliance on our service
• Errors in information provided by the customer

Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the fee you paid us.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By submitting payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All transactions are in GBP.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
